Red Acre Barn

RENTAL FEE

Red Acre Barn is available to rent from 8:00 a.m. to midnight and includes use of the barn and surrounding grounds.

Price includes: set-up, tear-down, use of décor, bartenders, security, and post-event professional cleaning.

April-November:
Saturday: $5,900, plus tax
Friday: $4,900, plus tax
Sunday-Thursday: $4,500, plus tax
Weekend (Friday-Sunday): $8,900, plus tax
Holiday Weekend (Friday-Sunday): $10,500, plus tax

December-March:
Saturday: $4,900, plus tax
Friday: $4,500, plus tax
Sunday-Thursday: $4,000, plus tax
Weekend (Friday-Sunday): $7,500, plus tax
Holiday Weekend (Friday-Sunday): $10,500, plus tax

Holidays:
The day of Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year’s Eve: $5,900, plus tax

Prices subject to change

Military/Veteran Discount: 5% off booking if bride and/or groom is serving in the military or has served.

Law Enforcement Discount: 5% off booking if bride and/or groom is serving in law enforcement.

Teacher Discount: 5% off booking if bride and/or groom is a teacher.

REHEARSAL

Red Acre Barn rehearsal rentals are $500 plus tax for the day before your wedding (9:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m.) or $150 plus tax for a one-hour rehearsal Monday–Thursday (5:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m.) when booked within 90 days of your wedding, subject to availability. Friday and Saturday rentals take priority.
